Ucrete Polyurethane Seamless Flooring

Kemtile has been approved Ucrete applicators longer than any other company. Ucrete is the original, and best, high performance Polyurethane Concrete, developed more than 30 years ago in Europe as the answer to the most demanding environments in industry.

Ucrete high performance flooring is steam cleanable conforms to EEC regulations and provides a seamless, heavy, non-taint and hygienic surface for processing plants. Ucrete is internationally esteemed, meeting the most rigorous requirements of industry for sustained performance.

UCRETEŽ DP

UCRETE DP is a suite of products providing defined, consistent surface profiles with three different surface textures, DP10, DP20 and DP30, which satisfy the level of slip resistance needed by the food industry. UCRETE DP is dense, impervious, and resistant to a wide range of temperatures, chemicals and impact.

The UCRETE DP range has the advantage of offering consistent textures over the whole floor and between floors, reducing the risk of slips and trips as floor surfaces change. This consistency is maintained by detailed composition formulation, manufactured under tight quality control and installation by expert specialist UCRETE contractors, such as Kemtile, who are licensed and trained by UCRETE.

Each UCRETE DP product can be installed at three different thickness specifications. UCRETE DP10, UCRETE DP20 and UCRETE DP30 provide slip resistance up to R13 V8 according to DIN51130. All grades fully conform to the HSE Guidance sheet 156 and Food Sheet No.22, issued by the Health and Safety Executive, on slip resistance.

The extremely robust aggregates of UCRETE DP20 and UCRETE DP30 are designed to maintain optimum slip resistance for many years. In areas subject to heavy hard wheeled traffic it is recommended that UCRETE DP30 is used. All UCRETE DP grades are fully resistant to liquid spillage and discharge, with a 4mm floor being able to withstand spillage at temperatures up to 60ēc, 6mm up to 70ēc, and 9mm flooring withstanding extreme thermal shock up to 120ēc.

The rest of the Ucrete Product Range for the Food Industry:

UCRETE UD200 SR

A 6-9mm thick polyurethane slip resistant concrete flooring. The texture can be varied during installation.

UCRETE UD200

A 6-9mm thick polyurethane concrete flooring

UCRETE HPQ

Anti-slip quartz finished, medium duty 4- 6mm flooring. This product has been redesigned and re-launched with a more attractive speckled aggregate which can be sealed with either epoxy or polyurethane resins.

UCRETE MT

A 4-6mm polyurethane concrete flooring for light to medium duty areas with a light profile finish giving a combination of wet/dry slip resistance and ease of cleaning.

UCRETE MF

A 4-6mm medium duty, smooth finish polyurethane concrete flooring. Also available in anti-static/conductive grade.

Ucrete can be ready to use in a week Recently Kemtile have employed a slightly different technique when laying Ucrete to falls on a sub screed. A fine tolerance steel mesh reinforced pumped concrete screed can be quickly installed. This only has to cure for seven days before it can be overlaid with the chosen Ucrete system. In larger areas this system is much quicker than site mixing polymer concrete screeds. It also has Quality Control advantages and can incorporate a new DPM if required.
