Kemtile counts down to PPMA show 2018

Kemtile is exhibiting at PPMA Show 2018 at the NEC Birmingham, in September. The processing and packaging machinery exhibition will provide the perfect platform for the company to showcase its hygienic flooring capabilities and credentials to some 8000 visitors.

For almost four decades, Kemtile has been the go-to drainage and flooring designer and installer for hundreds of the UK’s leading food and beverage manufacturers. During this time, it has helped companies to adhere to increasingly rigorous hygiene standards - safeguarding operational efficiencies, meeting the most stringent health and safety legislation and supporting their strategic growth ambitions.

On its stand (E14) at the PPMA show, the Kemtile team will be discussing visitors’ hygienic flooring and draining requirements and past projects and experience gained with the likes of: Rhokett desserts; Grassroots Foods; GCL Food Ingredients; AJ & RG Barber Foods; Brioche Pasquier UK; KP Snacks; Dairy Crest; AAK; Village Bakery; Arla; Glanbia; Tomlinson Dairies and Wrights Pies. Various projects have been undertaken for each of these companies, including fast-track weekend shutdown work to full refurbishments and new builds.

Also on the stand, Kemtile will showcase the product ranges that supports its knowledge and workmanship. These include the unique Kagetec vibration tiling system for which Kemtile is the UK’s sole UK applicator and has been for over 20 years. It is also the world’s longest established licensed applicator of Ucrete heavy duty polyurethane resin floors from BASF, which will also be on display. As will Wiedemann-Technik stainless steel drainage systems, which Kemtile installs.

It’s this combination of experience, knowledge and product quality that means that Kemtile can design and install flooring and drainage systems that can truly withstand rigors of demanding food and beverage manufacturing environments.

Kemtile’s David Priest said: “Our longstanding experience and reputation firmly positions us as one of the market leaders in hygienic flooring and drainage within the food processing and packaging sectors.

“We’ve long been a member of the Processing & Packaging Machinery Association (PPMA) and our presence at this year’s exhibition will provide us with an excellent opportunity to showcase our capabilities and experience to a very important audience.”
